Haven’t posted here in ages. I need to update this thing. o_o Yeah, same biz as usual. Been busy, so hopefully I’ll find more time to post here soon.
- Girls In Their Early-20s Have No Problem Being Seen In The “Erotica” section of Powells
And I have no problem with their presence while I’m trying to read the pulp mystery fiction on the other aisle, despite how distractingly cute these girls were. Although, it’s certainly interesting to see them try to be discreet about their choices of fiction when their friend will blurt out the title at full volume. - KMFDM has not aged well
This is unfortunate, but true. Their 80s stuff is barely listenable for the most part, but it could just be that I’m no longer into Industrial. Any case, kinda sad but it happens. Maybe FLA is suffering from the same for me. Gotta try that sometime. - I still haven’t finished any short stories
Dammit. I have Disk Scan Required and Reunion still in progress (I should probably wrap up Sanctuary Visions too), and hopefully Reunion gets done really soon. I need to get prepped for NaNoWriMo in November. - Comic Con & E3 sucked this year
They did for me, anyway. Although cool stuff did happen or was shown, it’s nothing to get excited about to me. Red Sonja? Eh. Watchmen still lookin’ great so far. RE5 is boring me. SH5 is intriguing me. And comics are just not that great anymore. (although I am going to buy Werewolf Women of the SS when it comes out) - I’m the only person I know who loves PaRappa and UmJammer Lammy
For some reason, I never got the people in my circle into these games. Although I dig Guitar Hero and Rock Band conceptually, I know the roots lie with these two, their flavor and awesomeness coming from a by-gone era of Playstation controllers with dual analog and when “I Gotta Believe!” was a cute obscure catch-phrase instead of a desperate Christian’s attempt at staying religious. Oh well. I’ll still enjoy the music and still enjoy these games. Just hope I can go on to the next stage now. - Three Bullets is going to happen!!!!
